Public Grievances Division is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens. It is a 360 degree solution to the grievances of Public. It is an Artificial Intelligence based software to track the application, Quality reporting and provides supervisory dashboards for tracking the timely disposal of the complaints. It clubs the multiple submission of complaints to avoid multiple enquiries also. I am hopeful that people will be benefited with it and we would be able to serve the people in positive and constructive manner.
