In view of the Prakat Diwas of Bhagwan Valmiki Ji on 26.10.2026 and the Prakash Gurpurab of Sahib Sri Guru Ramdas Ji Maharaj on 27.10.2026, I hereby issue orders for the closure of liquor vends/shops located within a 500-meter radius of the religious event venues—namely, Bhagwan Valmiki Tirath Sthal, Amritsar, and Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib (Sri Darbar Sahib), Amritsar. Furthermore, these orders shall also apply to shops selling cigarettes/tobacco/other intoxicants, as well as those selling eggs and meat, along the route(s) of the Nagar Kirtan scheduled for 26.10.2026.

District Level Micro Small Enterprises Facilitation Council (MSEFC),Amritsar invites application from eligible persons to engage One(1) Human Resource(legal) and Two (2) Human Resource (Office/Secretarial) under MSE-ODR Scheme to be part of District level Micro & Small Enterprises Facilitation Council(DL-MSEFC) Amritsar.

1. Regarding Storing/Sale of Liquor, Meat, Cigarettes, Tobacco etc. Shops in Walled City (Holy City),
2. Prohibit any licensed driver from taking more children to school than their capacity.
3. Use of flammable materials and unauthorized construction by people in an area of 1000 square yards around the Beas ammunition depot.
4. Ban on Use of personal drones/quadcopters by the general public within 25 km radius of the international border and within 3 km radius of military/air force stations/BSF or other security agencies.
5. Ban On gatherings of five or more people, protest rallies, sit-ins, meetings, raising or raising slogans, and demonstrations,.
6. Ban on carrying weapons, firing in the air and such actions in the social media inside the marriage palaces.
7. Ban on Movement within 500 meter radius From the fencing of Indo-Pak Border.
8. Ban on breaking the railings of bridges and roads in the district of Amritsar and on breaking the dividers built during the construction of roads or paving of flyovers to create temporary roads, etc.
9. Ban on Use of Dones in the area of Airport

All the wholesalers, Retailers, Chemists/Medical Store Owners, Pharmacies within the Hospital or any other person shall not sell Pregabalin (more than 75mg) without the original prescription slip.
