Complete ban on the assembly of five or more persons, protest rallies, sit-ins (dharnas), holding meetings, raising or shouting slogans, and staging demonstrations in the villages and towns falling under the jurisdiction of the police stations that come under the purview of the District Police Chief, Amritsar (Rural).
